I have been contemplating way too long on this blog, and I told myself I would write it today.

Well, it’s 11:05 PM, so I still have 55 minutes left right? I’m sure by the time I’m actually finished, it’ll be closer to tomorrow.

The seconds, minutes, hours, and days get away from you as time just flies. I get so caught up with our daily routine of school, work, being home with Nathan while trying stay on top of everything.

I wouldn’t say each day is a “routine” because each day has a different beginning and ending. I would say however, I try like hell to master a routine and fail miserably almost every day, but I keep going.

Honestly, being as busy as I have been or just “caught up” with life, marriage, and whatever motherhood throws my way (which has been A LOT lately), in a strange way … has pushed my anxiety aside.

Kind of like, I don’t have time for it. I DON’T.

November has came and gone, and these past few weeks have been filled with so much, and honestly I’m grateful.

I’m grateful for being married to the best man in the whole world. I’m grateful that we have two beautiful (sometimes happy) children together. I mean they can’t always be happy. They can’t always get their way, but you get the point. I’m grateful for our life, home, and everything we have ever been blessed with. I’m grateful for the steps I took and decisions I’ve made over the past few months to get me to where I am now.

Needless to say, we’ve had an eventful month, and I’ve learned to push anxiety aside, and breathe. Take a minute for myself. Take a walk. Sit down and pray about it. Write about it. Which is exactly what I’m doing because if I’m being honest, today was one of the most anxious filled days that I have had in a while. I was super exhausted with a headache for most of the day which didn’t help.

Those with anxiety will know where I am coming from. Sometimes you just have to walk yourself through the chaos.

Another amazing thing that has helped me tremendously, is my bracelet that you see on my wrist in the photo above.

My beautifully made Rose Gold “Breathe” Mantra Band. These inspirational bands are made of hypoallergenic, tarnish resistant, and lead free stainless steel. Gold and rose gold bracelets are 18K gold dipped over stainless steel. The bracelet is so comfortable to wear. Adjusts perfectly to your wrist, and gives you that reminder to, just breathe.

Their mission is to inspire and empower others with positive messages, because positive thinking leads to a happier life. These gems provide a constant reminder to choose happiness in life, to love, and be present. They also have more pieces with other inspirational words and/or quotes to choose from.

I’m loving life, embracing happiness, and continuously wearing my band as a reminder to, just breathe.

It’s life. Take each day, on day at a time.
